Dr. Jack Goldstein takes care of most Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, and Total Joint and Fracture Problems.

From The East Side of Providence:

Take Waterman East to the Henderson Bridge. Just after the bridge, take the second exit at Massasoit Ave. Bear right and turn into our driveway just before reaching Broadway.

We are located in the condominium closest to the street and furthest from the entrance driveway.

From 195 going West:

Take the Broadway exit and bear right on Broadway. Proceed about 1/2 mile until Massasoit Ave. Turn left onto Massasoit and turn right into the condominium driveway at 400 Massasoit Ave. We are located on the opposite side as the entrance driveway closest to the street in Suite 200.

From Pawtucket:

Take 114 South, turn right at the Newman Church on the corner of North Broadway and 114. Follow Broadway less than a mile to Massasoit and turn Right at the light. In less than a block, take a right into the office lot. We are in the first floor of the building closest to the street and furthest from the entrance driveway.

From 95 going South:

Take 195 East and exit at the Broadway exit. Turn right on Route 6 and go a few blocks West to Broadway. Turn right and follow this 1/2 mile to Massasoit. Turn left on Massasoit and then right into the Driveway at 400 Massasoit Ave. We are located closest to the street and on the opposite end of the complex from the entrance driveway in Suite 200.

From 95 going North:

Take 95 North and take 195 East towards the Cape. Go over the Washington bridge and exit at Broadway. Turn right on Route 6 and go a few blocks West to Broadway. Turn right and follow this 1/2 mile to Massasoit. Turn left on Massasoit and then right into the Driveway at 400 Massasoit Ave. We are located closest to the street and on the opposite end of the complex from the entrance driveway in Suite 200.
